Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused tools in their original boxes, ensuring all safety guards and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned cutlery, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
